    Jack R. Salvetti, CPA
    Jack is the President of S.R. Snodgrass, A.C. and directs the S.R. Snodgrass Financial Institution Services Group. In this role, he leads the Firm’s Financial Services Consulting Group in the areas of Strategic Planning, Enterprise Risk Management, Organizational Design, Profit Enhancement, and Process Improvement. The combination of Jack’s consulting experience and his background as a CPA is instrumental in his work with financial institutions helping them understand and define their business in ways that facilitate the development of plans that deliver measurable results. Jack serves on the faculties of the ABA Stonier National Graduate School of Banking, the ABA Senior Leadership Institute, and the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Advanced School of Banking. He is recognized nationally as an expert to the financial services industry, has authored several articles on bank performance-related topics, and is a frequent speaker at financial management conferences across the country.

    Thomas B. Considine began his tenure as Acting Commissioner of the Department of Banking and Insurance (DOBI) on Feb. 8, 2010, and as Commissioner on March 24, 2010. Prior to his appointment, he worked at MetLife, a global financial services company, for nearly 17 years, where he served most recently as Vice President & Government Relation Counsel. In addition, he served on the Board of Directors of the National Organization of Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Associations and various other financial services industry-related organizations. Considine served as a founding appointee to the NJ Department of Banking & Insurance Financial Services Advisory Board. Considine received his J.D. cum laude from the Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.S. magna cum laude from the W. Paul Stillman School of Business Administration at Seton Hall University.

Joe is responsible for sales, business development, strategic alliances and financial institution trade association relationships. Joe has extensive experience in the financial services and consumer products sectors. He has also been responsible for business development and sales and marketing for start-up organizations, and specifically has tenure in leading sales organizations both large and small, in a number of diverse industries.

    Paul R. Flora
    Paul Flora is a senior economic analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, where his responsibilities include ongoing regional economic analysis and preparation of the “Beige book,” a report of anecdotal information on current economic conditions published eight times a year. Before joining the Philadelphia Fed in 2009, Flora was a fiscal analyst and principal planner for Hillsborough County City-County Planning Commission in Florida. He also worked as an urban/regional planner in Illinois, Pennsylvania and Virginia, and as the regional economist at PNC Bank Corp. He has a bachelor’s degree from the College of William & Mary, and master’s degrees from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and the University of Pittsburgh in urban/regional planning and economics, respectively.

    Brian A. Colella
    Mr. Colella has amassed over 35 years of business experience; founding and chairing several major companies to include Castle Productions; a full service design production company. The Online café was the first internet café to offer its patrons secure access to the internet. Along this same principle for secure access, Mr. Colella established the CIMAC, an inventory and ID solutions for tracking items and personnel, through the use of RFID technology. The inception of the biometric SAFE Card came in the mid-nineties, as an answer to the increasing need for verified, secure identification and payment for individuals. In the turn of the century, Mr. Colella addressed the challenges of verifying and authenticating an individual’s identity, and controlling approved access both physically and online. Revising his previous strategies for the younger internet user from the Online Café, Mr. Colella combined methodologies and new technologies to develop the SOSB networks and solutions for safer and more secure access to the internet. Mr. Colella’s development of the I-Pass™ and the SiiD-Pass™ led to an irrefutable verification method to meet the ever changing needs of internet safety. These solutions are the (first of their kind in the world) and provide the most secure way to access any network or account, through encrypted biometric identity devices.

    As Chief Technology Officer, Kevin Prince leads the company’s product development efforts in building and designing the most innovative solutions that meet Compushare’s clients’ needs. Prince has more than 22 years of information technology experience, 14 of which have been focused specifically on information security for the financial services market. Mr. Prince was founder and CEO of Red Cliff Solutions which provided firewall, intrusion detection and prevention, web content filtering, anti-virus, virtual private networks, and vulnerability assessments to financial institutions, all with 24/7 management and monitoring. After 5 years, Prince had successfully built Red Cliff Solutions into a very successful business that included about 500 financial institution customers. Kevin is a frequent speaker at various industry conferences and has written many whitepapers, articles, blog posts, and bylines on information security topics. He is also an author of the recently published book Security 2020.
